About Us
Zozobra Publishing was established in 2014 by Fernando Mancuello (Brooklyn, NY) and José R. Ballesteros (Hyattsville, MD). Our goal is to publish the best Spanish-Language poetry by US Latinxs in a bilingual format (English/Spanish). We believe that the world of letters in Spanish is incomplete without considering the superb verse being created en español by Latinxs in the US. We know that readers' interaction with our beautiful volumes of poetry will showcase the quality of our authors' craft. We hope to inspire and empower current and future generations of Latinx writers and readers by celebrating their multilingualism through our publications.
